Boo! I'm so bad at naming deviations. SOMEONE TEACH MEHH

This past weekend I had to go with my family to this dingy, sleepy little seaside town for four days. WORST TRIP EVER

While my two brothers (They hate me, I hate them, we do not associate *Straight robotic face*) went for a walk on the beach (Among their adventures, they broke into some abandoned beach-house and took a bunch of conch shells, found an old bomb buried in the sand, and took some dumb photographs of the ocean) my Mum and Dad and I went for a walk along the side of the highway---Well, I don't think they wanted me along but I went anyway---WORST DECISION EVER---My Dad pointed to this water tower a ways up the road and goes, "WE'LL WALK TO THERE AND BACK, IT CAN'T BE FAR", and so we did, and I say, it was about three miles to that goddamn water tower and three miles back. I died. Great distance perception, Dad. :XD:

But anywho, we came upon this statue in front of someone's li'l bungalow at some point. My Mum pointed it out; she goes, "That statue, it looks like a noose it has round its neck!" but it was really some idiot's idea of keeping the ugly thing from blowing over in disastrous storm winds. But I thought it was funny anyway (Mind my shameful sense of humour) and went up close for a shot, when I suddenly realised:

"HEY, THIS GUY LOOKS LIKE LENIN"

I showed my parents the photo I took when I went back to join them (They continued walking as I took the pictures, rofl, they love me so much) and they say:
"THAT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE LENIN, HE HAD A MOUSTACHE"
And so I respond, "That's why they didn't give the statue a moustache! If they had it would've looked too much like Lenin!!"

Well, now that I'm home and I can look at pictures of him I realised I must have been thinking of this photo: [link]

I've already filled the Artist's Comments with too much :poo:--YOU DECIDE

That they are! :O

Yeah, I hate beach trips. While the ride down is always great (I got to finish a book that's been taking me forever to read! :icondancingbananaplz:) I always realise that, once I get there, it's boring. -_- :XD:
And as for my family, well, I laugh at all their jokes and all the funny stuff that they say, but no one laughs at my corny quips and one-liners, and methinks the consensus opinion among them is that I'm a nuisance. Although I try not to be. : P

I get that sometimes. Don't worry about it, they may be your family, but that doesn't make them your type, I guess.

XD Even before reading your comments I thought 'hm - looks like he's tied to the stake by the throat'.

AND YES. It is so a Lenin statue. Also, I suspect it will eat me.
